Transcript Services

Simply put ...

Let us prepare your student's official high school transcript

A transcript is a written record of academic achievement.

The two main types of transcripts are:

Official

A transcript that is usually sent directly from Grace to an institution of your choice.  If the document is not sent directly, it must be in an envelope sealed by Grace, embossed with our seal, and signed by our registrar.

Unofficial

A transcript that contains the same information as an official transcript, but is not embossed, signed, and sealed, and therefore does not carry the same weight.

How can we help you today?

Grace Academy provides registered students with an official high school transcript.

If you are considering transferring to Grace Academy and wish to know how close you are to graduation, apply for a transcript evaluation performed by our registrar. Please note that there is a nonrefundable $30 fee for evaluation, but that this fee will be deducted from the cost of tuition if you choose to enroll in our Program.

Transcript Evaluation

The transcript evaluation service has a fee of $50.

This fee is payable here via PayPal. Transcript evaluation will not begin until we have received the processing fee, transcript from current school, or detailed course information from homeschool instructor.  If, after the transcript evaluation, you decide to register with Grace Academy, the fee will be applied toward your tuition payment.

Please note that we will NOT request a transcript for you.  This must be done by the student or legal guardian.  When you make the request, have the transcript sent to:

Let me prepare your student's official high school transcript. As a certified teacher in the state of Florida, I am able to accept coursework, classes, work experience, and life experiences as credits for high school students. This is perfect for talented athletes, aspiring entrepreneurs, and delight directed learners as they get credit for the things that matter most to them even if not studied in a traditional manner. My transcripts have been accepted in every college and high school submitted to including UF, FSCJ, UNF, and FSU. Transcripts are $100 to prepare and $25 each year to update.

High School Diplomas: Traditional high school diplomas for homeschooled students signed by a Florida certified teacher as well as a signature space for the parent. $100 or $50 accompanying a transcript.

Report Cards: Occasionally homeschoolers are asked for report cards to play sports, car insurance, rewards, or whatever else they may need it for. Report cards are prepared based on parent-given grades or traditional score reports of classes. Courses, grades, attendance, and comments are organized into a traditional report card format signed by a Florida certified teacher. $15

  • Required for TPS Diploma students.

  • May include classes taken outside of TPS, including self-study, co-op, and other courses.

    • Only for TPS Diploma students.

    • Outside courses must be approved by TPS to be included in the TPS Diploma.

    • Additional reviews and additional fees apply for transcripting non-TPS courses.

  • Contains TPS logo.

Family Enrollment Fee. There is an Enrollment Fee each year for each enrolled family, including returning families. This fee of $60 is due with the initial Tuition payment for that year. It does not apply toward tuition and is generally non-refundable once a family holds approved seats for that year.

Your student has worked hard to achieve goals and deserves a transcript that accurately represents those accomplishments. Colleges prefer a high school transcript that clearly outlines and explains all courses, grades and their explanation, and credits the student has completed.

Royal Academy Education can verify that appropriate coursework has been completed and credits have been earned to receiving educational institutions. Coursework completed through homeschooling is compared to Royal Academy Education achievement standards in order to determine credit.

A complete and descriptive transcript is helpful to colleges as they consider your student’s application to their institution.

The following information must be included so that the transcript accurately describes each high school year.

  1. Student’s full name, birthdate, parents’ names, complete address, and phone number.

  2. List each academic year’s courses and activities. Make clear which activities and courses apply to which academic year.

  3. Title of each course.

  4. Information about courses:

    • Describe each course.

    • Primary textbook and publisher.

    • Course grade and assigned credits.

    • Describe how the course was completed.

  5. Submit samples of work from each course. e.g. tests, papers, daily work.

  6. Explain your grading system.

  7. List mission trips, work-study, other activities during school year.

  8. Include copies of college grades, adult education grades, other graded courses with names and addresses of institutions for each course.

  9. Include a copy of certificate from Driver Education.

  10. Complete the Royal Academy Education Transcript Worksheet.

  11. If your state provides a letter of approval to homeschool, include a copy of the letter for each high school year it applies, and a copy of annual assessment if required by the state.

  12. Include a specific date of graduation.
